Although in practice new treatments are performed throughout the duration of painless work, patients may still experience pain after the work. Various factors are involved in causing pain after root cultures. The dentist must be aware of these factors in order to achieve the conditions that the patient is comfortable after, or at least painlessly painful, root canal treatment.

Effective factors in causing pain after root cure
A. Dentistry related factors:
1.
Crossing the device from the root end after root cure
2. Complete root defecation
3. Debris exits from the apex
4. Finding a channel
5. Use of a rinse solution
6. Crossing the root canal filling material from the root end
7. Saliva entry into the channel
8. Number of treatment sessions
9. Porphyrosis of the root
10. cracking or fracture of the root
11. Long-term occlusion of temporary repair

B- The patient's factors
1. Previous painful experiences: In similar conditions, pain is exacerbated by the painful past experience.
2. tooth types: Overall, pain after root cure is more prevalent in the lower molars.
3. Age: After root cure, pain is usually less in the elderly.
4. Genus: Most of the pain after root cure is greater in women.
5. Expected pain occurrence: This expects an increase in perception of pain in the patient.
6. Pain Before Treatment: In cases where the patient has pain before the root canal treatment, the incidence of pain after the treatment is also higher.
7. Chronic appendicitis periodontitis
8. The presence of a sinus tract
9. Systemic and allergic diseases
10. Re-treatment

C) Pulp factors
1. Destruction of pulp components
2. Microbial agents
3. Immunologic agents

General considerations for prescribing analgesics for pain after root cure
1. Spirin drugs should not be given along with other NSAIDs.
2. In cases where the risk of post-treatment pain is rooted, the use of an NSAID prior to treatment will make the patient more comfortable after treatment.
3. In cases where the risk of post-treatment pain is rooted, it is advisable to use a home remedy before the effect of the analgesic and the onset of pain is resolved.
4. In the prescription of the medication, it should be written instead of "if necessary": "every 4 hours" or "every 6 hours"
The most important principle in the control of post-root canal doors is to have knowledge and awareness of the factors that cause it and then to prevent these factors. The presence of pain before treatment and the prolonged period of postoperative repair are two of the most important causes for such pain. The dentist should be aware of the mechanism of action, side effects and the flexible way of administering the drugs.
