The best time for dental implant is immediately after pulling the tooth. Dental implant effects are very rare including allergic reactions at the beginning of the treatment, unsuitable surgery and treatment failure. Some of the dental implants problems include dental injection problems, pain, dental nerve damages, bone breakage or contusion or swallowing implant pieces that are very rare.

For manufacturing dental implant; Titanium is heated. It must be heated to reach a desired temperature. A wire with a desired diameter is made of Titanium. Then, this wire is cut at the desired length for dental implant.

In the next step; internal and external surface of the cut pieces are trimmed by CNC machine. At the next step, a special powder that can be used for once will be entered to the special container of the machine for starting sandblast procedure. This powder will be sucked into the machine and will exit from the other side.

Alumina is used for sandblast. The lateral surface of dental implant increases up to 400 times by sandblast. Then, pickling procedure of Titanium will start that needs considerable time and costs. After that, ready implants are washed and packed. Usually gamma rays are used for sterilizing dental implants.

In this stage dental implants are ready; so, they are transported to related places to put a special serial number on each of them. Then, they are ready for presenting in the market.
